Conditions

The Ride for Joy initiative is reserved solely for GSK personnel. It is not open to the outside world. One of the core objectives is, in fact, to build synergies among the various locations and create a shared “OneGSK” feeling.
Permanent employees can participate in the Ride for Joy project, as can persons with fixed-term contracts and temporary personnel (both with contracts valid until the end of 2019), by deciding to compete for selection as one of the 30 cyclists or to participate in other ways.

Persons selected to complete the entire route agree to raise € 1,000.00 for Dynamo Camp, train to tackle the route and use 2 days of their personal holiday time. The event will be held from 12 to 16 September 2019: one day (Friday the 13th) will be considered an Orange day, while the other two days (Thursday the 12th and Monday the 16th) will be covered by personal holiday time.
Those who decide to participate in initiatives relating to a single stage will account for their time using the specific code dedicated to corporate voluntary work (Orange Day).
Candidates must have agreed their participation with their individual managers.
